Your preferences

Your language choice and saved article IDs are stored in your device's secure storage, not sent to our server. Device backups and secure storage may retain them after reinstalling the app. You can remove a bookmark from the saved guides and change your language in the app.

App data

MamiChat lets adults read parenting guides without an account. Reading and search run on your device. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are off by default; an adult can opt in separately in the app settings and withdraw that choice at any time. Withdrawal stops future collection, and the app deletes Crashlytics reports that have not yet been sent. It does not automatically delete information already sent to Firebase. For a separate request about previously sent information, contact us. Google Mobile Ads uses the consent choices shown through its consent tools. Depending on eligibility, region, and your choices, the app may request personalized ads, non-personalized ads, limited ads, or no ads. On iOS, cross-app personalized advertising also requires permission through Apple’s tracking prompt; Google consent checks still apply. You can use the guides without allowing tracking. Advertising choices are separate from Firebase choices. Google Mobile Ads may process and share device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, app interactions, advertising data, and diagnostics. Android does not request the advertising ID permission, but Google may process other device identifiers.

When you open a website

Policy, support, maps, and source links open in an external browser when you choose them. Websites have their own data practices. The MamiChat website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and may show Google AdSense ads on article pages. These services may process cookies, device and browser information, and browsing activity. The offline app and the website have different data practices.

Adults only

MamiChat is for adults aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children or minors.

Support and earlier accounts

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can respond. Please avoid sending a child's full name, photos, health records, or home address. The current app does not offer account creation or community features. If you previously used an account, email us to ask about its data or deletion.

Storage and requests

Deleting the app removes its local app data, subject to your device's storage and backup settings. Deleting the app does not delete an earlier server account or an email you sent us. Contact us for access, correction, or deletion requests concerning information you previously provided.
